Chic Studio near the Beach

I stayed here for 10 months while on a school-based assignment. I ended up hating the job and quit mid-school year, but decided to continue living here. I secured a teletherapy assignment, so it all worked out! I continued to stay here because, I really didn't have any reason to move! The landlords were always great the entire time. I do not have a single complaint about them. They were always considerate. They always notified me or checked with me first if there were any new happenings going on on the property. I had all my packages delivered to their house , and they would bring it down and leave it at my door in a timely manner. Again, the studio contains everything that you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. So much so that, I asked them to keep several items so that I could bring my own things since I was going to be staying a while. My favorite part of the studio was the cute little yard. It's fenced, so you have some privacy and so vibey at night! 10/10 recommend!

Very nice, one bedroom property that sits behind the property owners' house. Much of it was custom built by the property owners (Chad and Janelle). Not pictured are a additional coffee table and bug screen for the side door. I've been told a a/c unit may be added, but I would confirm that prior to booking if that is a concern of yours. The bed is comfy too. The best part about this place is Chad and Janelle. If you have any issues whatsoever they are happy to address them as quickly as possible. They are quite and respectful of your privacy as well. I would definitely recommend this property

Great studio! So cozy with a wonderful private outdoor area! Chad and Janelle are the best hosts, they make everything so easy and you can tell they put a lot of hard work and care into this studio. Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!
