Beautiful Garden Cottage with Pool

Im a travel OT and stayed at this cottage for two months. I was staying somewhere else before finding this garden cottage and I am so thankful that I found this place. The location was safe and was so convenient, less than a 10 minute drive to the hospital I was working at. It was winter when I stayed but I can only imagine how beautiful their garden is in the spring and summer! The owners are easy to communicate with and if anything arose were to quick to address the issue. The cottage had everything I needed for my stay- easy access to laundry, a beautiful kitchen with all the supplies, a comfortable bed and extra linens. It looked exactly like the pictures! If I find myself back in Modesto, this is where Id want to stay.

Stayed here during an 8 week contract at Kaiser Modesto. Owners are the nicest people you will ever meet. Available for any questions or needs. They have really though of everything you might need during your stay. The drive to and from work was about 15 minutes. Plenty of grocery stores nearby. The bedroom has no window, so it was perfect for my day sleeping! I also used their little truck for transportation. Worked great and saved me a ton of money on either driving my own car out, or using a traditional car rental company. Highly recommend,

At first, I thought this was a scam and thought there is no way that this place is as cute as it was, AND came with a pool! The apartment was very well kept, clean, and the garden that comes with it has so much fruits to offer! Definitely loved my experience here and fell in love with the sweet L family! I had the privacy I wanted yet I felt like I was at home too!

I absolutely LOVED this cottage!! It is beautiful and has everything you need and more. I felt completely safe here and like family. I did not run into any issues at all. I was so grateful to find this property and this sweet family. Jump on this fast, because you cant beat the privacy, location, or the price. I loved the fresh fruits and veggies from the garden, too!
