The pictures do not capture the beauty of the property! This is a very cute, clean and safe neighborhood.The owners are fantastic. I was a long way from home and they made my stay so much better. Everything you need is there. They are so welcoming and I would not hesitate going back there if I took a job there again! If you are thinking about getting this place do not hesitate, you will not be disappointed!

This was a great place to stay. I was in a very safe neighborhood. I was able to park in the driveway. It has everything you may need in the unit including washer and dryer. The host was very nice and provided me with anything I needed and answered question quickly. Very quiet and I was able to sleep during the day without any issue (night shift worker). If I ever travel back to that area in Cali I would definitely rent stay here again. Very postive experience.

I stayed M's studio property for 6 months while I work in Visalia. This place is second to none, very relaxing room. M is very kind and friendly to accommodate for me and my 2 cats. Awesome location and very safe neighborhood so I washable to focus on my work. I would definitely recommend this for anyone stay in Visalia short & long term.

M was absolutely wonderful!! My travel partner and I stayed here for about three months and M was nothing but accomodating and sweet! She thought of everything when it comes to furnishing the unit, did not need a thing! And if I did, there was a Target about 4 minutes away! The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet (working night shift and sleeping during the day was no issue at all). I would definitely stay here again if I find myself taking another assignment near Visalia, CA. :)

Excellent apartment, everything is brand new, with all new appliances. Great landlords / property owners! Great set-up, great layout, very nice apartment! M and J are Great!!!

The studio was exactly what I needed and had all the essential appliances. Also located in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Mae was always a quick text away and went out of her way to make me feel at home. Highly recommend this unit to any traveling professional

Mae is an absolutely great host! This was a great and private unit to stay in. She was very helpful and kind throughout my stay. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone.

Mae and Joe go above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable and at home in this in-law suite. Quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Visalia. Space is nice and neat with room for 2 people in the kitchen and living area. Mae was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that came up. Would highly recommend this property to anyone in the Visalia area.

Mae and Joe were so welcoming and accommodating! They were quick to respond to any questions or needs. They were very thoughtful and provided amenities like a "sanitizing station" for COVID and moving dollies to make moving in/out easy. They went above and beyond, even connecting me to the contract I am now at and helping me when I found a stray. The space itself is equipped with everything you need and very comfortable. I am so appreciate of them and their space during a tough contract!
