Private, fully updated 1 Bed, 1 Bath Near...

Originally, I only planned on staying for a few months while on contract at UIC, conveniently on the same street, a few blocks down. A job change had me working from home and three months turned into just over a year and a half at this property. Comfortable, safe, and conveniently located enough for someone who did not have a car in the city. J, who rents this place, was very accommodating and available any time I needed. It was the perfect amount, if not more, of space for myself and on occasion to have a friend or two visit for the weekend! Everything I needed was there and I only brought clothing and personal items/electronics! And being a garden apartment offered a good amount of privacy! Overall, this was a wonderful stay and property.
