2 Bed 3 Bath Walkable Haven, Perfect for Remote Work

What a gem in the heart of Asheville's Charlotte St neighborhood! We enjoyed our stay whole heartedly. A clean and quiet space well stocked with furnishings. We felt right at home! Also, a very kind and caring owner. We felt so lucky to stay in a comfortable place in which the owner wasn't motivated only by the rent. Will miss the location, had way too many tacos at Taco Temple :) and so easy to walk downtown for more entertainment!

This property was perfect for two travel nurses! We loved the location, close to everything you need (grocery shopping, restaurants, <10minutes to Mission Hospital). There are two bedrooms upstairs each with their own bathrooms and a half bath downstairs that was very convenient. My roommate cooked a lot and had all the basics she needed. S , the owner, was great and got any problems we had fixed quickly. Cannot recommend this property enough! You wont regret it!

We could not have gotten luckier choosing this place to stay for our travel contract in Asheville. The location is perfect, youre five to ten minutes away from practically anywhere you could want to go. Seven minutes from Mission Hospital. Walking distance to several fabulous restaurants. I always felt very safe living here. The owner is wonderful, easy to communicate with, and got any minor issue taken care of quickly. There was plenty of space for two people and the half bath downstairs is a great bonus. I cook a lot and the kitchen came with basically all the essentials! One of the major reasons we decided to extend for a second contract was because of how great our housing here was! Zero complaints and could not recommend more
