Super Spacious Mountain Oasis Close to Town

This property far exceeded our expectations. The apartment has high ceilings which makes if feel open and spacious.The bed is very comfortable and there is more than ample storage in the closet and dresser. The kitchen is well equipped with anything you might need to cook at home. The bathroom also has lots of storage and ambient heat in the floor! The outdoor space is private. Its a delightful place to relax and nature watch. The owners have thoughtfully created a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would enthusiastically recommend this property.

My stay at Ns place was an absolute delight! The detailed touches of beauty, simplicity and cleanliness deeply touched my heart! Its Very spacious, with plenty of natural light and very private! Beautiful outdoor area to sit and enjoy the nature! Lovely neighborhood and minutes away from Beaver lake where you can enjoy a gorgeous walk around the lake! Its really close to Downtown Asheville and plenty of grocery stores and restaurants around! N is very warm and sweet and so easy to communicate with! Thank you for a wonderful stay N!

N'S place in North Asheville is a treasure. It is modern, clean and full of light. High ceilings make the apartment seem even more spacious, and it is so comfortably furnished. N is responsive, attentive, and so easy to communicate with. She will answer your questions in a heartbeat and chat a bit if it seems right. Mostly, she will leave you to your privacy and the quiet enjoyment of the space. I lived here for four+ months in the late fall and winter while checking out Asheville as a place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I loved watching the sunset through the trees and the turkeys that came to watch me. This "mountain oasis" is convenient to grocery stores in one direction, the mountains to sea trail just a couple miles in another direction and a lovely neighborhood lake in a third. I highly recommend this apartment, without reservation.

I stayed here for 3 months and let me tell you an ABSOLUTE DREAM!!! Even in winter the beauty was unmatched! N was the BEST host, attentive to detail and always available for anything I may have needed. The kitchen was fully stocked for everyday living and meal prepping as needed. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful with gorgeous walks that had running streams of water. I am most definitely going to make it an appoint to come back! If I could live here forever I would!

This review is long overdue but we wanted to leave a perfect 5 star review for Nadine and her listing. My girlfriend and I had the most amazing 45 days exploring Asheville and we couldnt have had a better place and host. Nadine was very communicative, thoughtful and the place had everything we needed. Tucked away from the downtown area, it was calm and quiet, close to so many great hikes, and the perfect base to come home too. We will absolutely stay here again and recommend anyone looking for a place to stay here.

Nice apartment in beautiful new construction home. We lived here for 3 months after moving from Maine to Asheville. The apartment is very clean and updated, with a spacious bedroom and very comfortable king size bed. Nice location in North Asheville, only 10 minutes to downtown but feels very woodsy and private. Nadine has been a great host, easy to work with and communicative but not intrusive of our privacy. There were even flowers, wine, and other treats awaiting us when we arrived- a very nice touch after a long trip! Great place to land temporarily or long term!
