Fully Furnished 1 Bdrm Upper in Washington Heights

Excellent location within walking distance to several great restaurants, fast food, and a dollar store. Landlord is highly communicative and easy to reach/quick to respond. Home is clean and comfortable providing all necessities for my stay. My only complaints were that we visited in the summer, the home only has window unit ACs and it got hot some days. For overnight street parking visit the city website and get the parking permit ($15/3 months) if you plan to park on the street... there is a driveway and a small garage shared with the downstairs neighbor also available for parking. Our vehicle was too large so we parked in the street. Street parking can be tricky because of the nearby restaurants, but typically it is not a problem. The neighborhood was safe. I, as a woman, felt safe walking my dog alone late at night. Neighbors were also very kind and personable. Overall had a great stay here!

I stayed here as a travel nurse while on assignment at Froedtert. About 10 minutes from the hospital. Comfortable bed. Kind landlord. Totally recommend.

This cozy upper was perfect for me. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had great storage and closet space. It was located in the perfect spot, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The landlords were kind and very attentive if I had any needs. Neighbors were great. I would definitely recommend a stay here!
