Apt 4 - Spacious, Charming Loft 1 Bedroom

This basement apartment was perfect myself and my two pups. The apartment is painted in a crisp white and there was plenty of light that came in the windows. Amenities and household items that were available were almost perfect. I do love to cook and bake, so I did miss a few of my favorite items like a blender, hand mixer and or food processor. I was working at Billings Clinic Hospital and you can see it from the backyard, I loved being so close. There are tons of parks and grassy areas for enjoying pup time. Best coffee shop "the Black Dog," is just around the corner. There were a few issues during my stay and the management was very responsive in taking care of these things promptly. I'd definitely recommend this property for youir short term stay!

I loved my upstairs apartment! It felt like home since day one. The area its in is a cute historical neighborhood and a blocks walk to the hospitals, park, and coffee shop. The landlord was very responsive and helpful with any needs. I would absolutely stay here again if I have the privilege of coming back to Billings.

Very cute apartment. Easy walk to both hospitals. Very nice and safe neighborhood. Management was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend to travelers coming to Billings.

This apartment is so freakin cute! It is cozy, simple, equipped with EVERYTHING you will need, and is so beautifully decorated. It is also so close to both hospitals, and could not be any more convenient. But the best part about this location was the management. They were so thoughtful, responsive, and truly cared about their tenants. Thank you for making me feel at home in Billings!

I had the privilege to spend 5-months at the North Elevation Apartments Property in Apt. #2 and highly recommend it! Owners Janine & Ryan as well as property manager, Arielle have thought out and executed every last detail. From arriving to a spotless & trendy apartment, enjoying local gifted coffee, to leaf and snow removal, to prompt replies to questions or issues; this property deserves nothing less that 5 stars. Close to the airport, hospitals and downtown, the location is also great! I would keep in mind that this is apartment style living and you may hear your neighbors from time to time, but I had no issues with everyone adhering to quiet hours and being friendly for the most part! Thank You to this team for a great 5 months in Billings!

Not luxury! Cute Old building. Lots of cracks in the walls for spiders, dirty water for a few seconds when you turn on the tub, the drain in the tub does not drain. Lead paint peeling off the walls. Homeless people in the alleyway.
