I own a 1914 home that has been renovated. I started out with AirBNB for five years and switched to Furnished Finders for the traveling nurses. I am a holistic practitioner so the home is quiet as I run my practice out of the house. I have 4 bedrooms and a basement apartment for rent. I also have a dog and cat on the premises, so I do not allow any other animals to stay.
