Beautiful old house in great shape, within walking distance of Marietta College and Hospital

This place was wonderful to stay at during my time in Marietta. The location was perfect being close to the hospital and downtown, as well as very close to a nice paved trail for walking/running/biking along the river. The owner was very responsive and had everything needed at the house, and was willing to get anything else if needed. She lives right next door which made everything easy as well.

This is a great place, house is furnished with everything you need! Its Location is great also. The owner C is one of the sweetest, kindest ladies you will ever meet I enjoyed my entire stay here!!!

This place that has been awesome! 3 minute drive from Marietta memorial hospital/10-15 walk if it were warmer. And its reasonably priced and nice and quiet. I love that its on a one way by the park so traffic isnt bad at all! And everything I need is here! Full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi, locked private room. The most important thing to me was proximity to the hospital and this is without a doubt the closest place possible. The house has lots of character and very spacious! The owner is welcoming and suggested a bunch of places locally to try and theyve all been awesome! She has also be very respectful of privacy and always very responsive. The home is a duplex and there are 4 private bedrooms on the left side of the duplex for rent and two shared bathrooms (which hasnt been a problem at all) I really dont need anything glamorous Im just here to sleep and work The sweet owner lives on the right side separately. I also love how safe I feel here! Beautiful established neighborhood

Beautiful huge house, lots of charm in safe beautiful neighborhood. Landlady is so nice and willing to help any way she can. I lived there with 3 other travel nurses. It was fun. 4 bedrooms with common living area. Individual locks on bedroom doors with your own key. Would rent again.
