Beautiful Downtown Studio

Beautiful, old home converted into apartments. Cozy and spacious at the same time. Walking distance to downtown. Always felt safe here. M and J are the best landlords!! I would rent this place again in a heartbeat! Thank you

Sweet studio that has all you need. Quiet, comfortable bed, pretty views of mature trees and garden. It is in the historic district but is within short walking distance to a large indoor mall as well as a multiplex theater (the kind with recliner seating). Because of the location, restaurants, unique stores, and coffee shops. Great for walking and exploring. But the apartment is so relaxing, pretty, sweet, lazing around for a day could always be an option.

M has everything I needed for my stay. The place is clean, safe, and quiet. I definitely will stay here again if I have a chance to go back to Santa Rosa. M set a standard for my next Furnished Finder. Thanks

This was a perfect space! Mindy was so nice and helpful during my stay. Even when I locked myself out of my apartment she came right over shared a good laugh with me and unlocked my door. I would recommend this cute apartment to anyone that needs a quiet place to stay! Neighbors in the building are very considerate and quiet. Thank you for the awesome stay!!
