Nicely decorated 2 bdrm/ 2 bath condo Baton Rouge

Real beautiful condo. Very comfortable cozy and has everything that is needed for your stay. Mr. L was the best landlord I've ever encountered in my life. Any issues you in the home gets fixed immediately, always available and responds promptly and attend to your concerns. Very compassionate owner and home is so well worth it. You'll have an immaculate stay and neighbors are very warm and friendly.

Apartment had everything I needed for my stay. The complex is quiet and the bedrooms are darkened enough to sleep off hours just fine. L and his assistant L were quick to fix an AC problem that came up and answer any questions that I had.

The place had stylish and cozy interior design/furnishings. Washer/Dryer included was nice, and dishwasher also nice! L was a good host, easy to communicate and his onsite helper L was helpful and attentive. great price for a 2 bedroom 2 bath in the area

The unit had everything I needed to live comfortably. The washer/dryer in the unit were great, the kitchen had a new stove, new toaster oven, new plates/bowls/flatware, etc, the AC ran perfectly and the unit had a vacuum cleaner. The 2 rooms are spacious with two full size bathrooms, good sized living room and a dining room, like I said, everything I needed to be comfortable which was appreciated considering the number of hours I was working. I've already told the landlord that if I'm sent back to Baton Rouge, I'm definitely going to stay at one of his units. It is important to note that the landlord is kind, helpful and incredibly easy to work with.

Travel contract in Baton Rouge, at Woman's Hospital. 20 minute commute. L is an outstanding landlord. The unit is comfortably furnished, clean and cozy with all kitchen and household amenities to cook , bedrooms have huge closets and storage. Great AC. Pet friendly, I stayed with my two Siamese cats and L was happy to have us! This apartment was my home for almost a year, located in the older part of Baton Rouge right of the main street. I even survived a hurricane here! The apartment is on high ground, this is a lower unit, no issue of flooding for apartment or car. Ample parking for 2 cars. Many local restaurants nearby. Hi-Nabor grocery , planet fitness, post office and fast food across the street. Walmart 4 min drive. Diverse neighborhood, but I always felt safe as a woman alone. Amazon packages always on my doorstep, even after 12+hrs w/ mail available. Neighbors friendly and aware of who lives there. Lots of other Hospital travelers as L has multiple units onsite.

The unit was nicely decorated. The landlord was always available when needed by phone or text. Great neighbors on both sides of me. Very quiet.

L was a great host and neighbors were friendly and helpful, as was L's maintenance man. Washer dryer in unit and all kitchen needs available. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment! Landlord friendly, makes himself available for contact and has set up monthly rent paying an easy experience for his tenents.

Great unit overall, one of the only units with a washer/dryer in unit. Our host Larry, was always quick to answer when we had a problem or the unit required something. Neighbors were very friendly and helpful when we were having car troubles. Would stay again in the future.
