Comfortable and clean

If youre looking for a great place in a super walkable location look no further. The apartment is great. Its spacious & clean. It has AC. Its got a fully equipped kitchen & a bathroom with a tub. The owners are super responsive & helpful. IT HAS OFF STREET PARKING! Sorry for shouting but thats super hard to come by in this area & a very nice perk. There are tons of things to do within walking distance. There are restaurants, coffee shops, bars, a movie theater, Trader Joes & other markets just a couple blocks away. Mass transit is half a block away across from Starbucks. Id give way more that 5 stars is I could!

This was the absolute WORST experience of my life. I moved in with my boyfriend and dog. There was no written lease or binding contract. On July 28th I told the owner we were giving her 30 days notice because we had a great opportunity and purchased a trailer that we could live in. I made the mistake of saying we could be flexible with our move out date. On august 18th we followed up and stated our official move out date will be the 31st. The owner called me on august 20th stating we had less than 24 hours to move out because someone had rented it on booking.com and she didnt want to have to refund them. We begged and pleaded for her to reconsider because 24 hours notice was not enough time and my boyfriend and I were both at work. The couple insisted we moved out, they were rude and made some disrespectful comments about where we are from. The following day the couple shows up and again had a disgusting attitude towards us after everything we had done to move out and clean the apartment in less than 24 hours with no where to go because our trailer is not livable at this time due to renovations. I do not recommend at all. These people dont have the slightest clue what it means to be considerate. They only care about money. I am so saddened and distraught about this experience. I hope no one goes through what these people put us through 20 hours away from friends, family and our support system.
