I had a very comfortable stay at this property . The landlord was attentive and provided everything that I needed during my stay . I highly recommend if youre looking in the area .

Great property. Everything I needed to start my day off correct was right within the property. Very responsive landlords and great attention to details within the household. Clean, no issues, and what more can you say except you cant go wrong with this property and the landlords.

This property on the surface was a decent place to live, however, the landlord failed to uphold many of his advertised amenities. First, the ad states there is not central air conditioning, but two AC units are provided. There was one ac unit one of the upstairs bedrooms that was humongous! The unit was noisy and took up a corner in an already small bedroom. The second bedroom has no ac unit, fan, or anyway of cooling the room off. This would not be a problem in the winter, but summer months are sweltering! This led me to have to purchase an ac unit so my roommate would not have a heat stroke. The home is crooked and the downstairs windows do not lock easily. And some of them did not lock at all. Even though the lease states rent is due on the first and late by the 7th, the landlord will start to call you by the second to inquire about rent. This was a bit intrusive since the contract is very clear on the payment requirements. Lastly, the landlord never returned our deposits.

The property owners were very kind. They were only a phone call away and answered any questions we had. This place has everything that you need and is very safe for anyone traveling alone. They have ring lights and security system. You also have your own drive way. Its very clean and the appliances were nice as well. I would definitely stay again!
