Room in Tudor home East Nashville

I was a traveling registered respiratory therapist during the Pandemic and stayed in many nice places. However, this hostess was absolutely the best of all! Her home and the grounds are gorgeous, has a lovely front porch with a swing to sit and people watch while having a glass of wine or whatever you prefer. From the moment I walked through the door and met S I was made to feel like I had been placed in a very warm and loving home. The property is within walking distance of many restaurants, coffee shops and close to grocery stores and cleaners. Just everything one needs. S. is a lovely, charming, intelligent and delightful person. I consider it a honor to have stayed with her and her softie of a dog K. I was looking for a home to buy while there and she was right there listen during that very trying time and even took me to the emergency room at one point when I was very sick. I highly recommend that you stay with S and her dog, I did, and now have a beautiful friend for life.

I stayed at this property over the summer of 2023 while I had an internship in Nashville. I didn't have many connections in the city, so I was worried about feeling isolated, but S was incredibly welcoming from the moment I met her. The house and yard are beautiful, especially the room provided for tenants, and S was always happy to help whenever I had an issue. From the porch swing to the curated decor, this place very quickly began to feel like home! It's a very pleasant walk away from multiple stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and more. This is by far the best place to live if you want to truly experience Nashville and make an incredible, lasting friend in S (and her pup K!)

owner was very friendly; my room was big. I felt very welcome and was free to use anything i needed. it was very close tp anything you wanted or needed. I enjoyed spending time with my host and will stay here again if I ever work in Nashville and it is available .

The owner was very friendly, welcoming and very hospitable. The room is large, bed is very comfortable, and everything you need is available and accessible. This is a great location in East Nashville and only 10 mins. to downtown Nashville, close to grocery stores, and dining. I would definately recommend staying here if you're going to be in Nashville.
