Stephanie and Hobie are excellent landlords, quick to respond to maintenance requests and very friendly. The apartment came with everything I needed. The apartment was close to downtown, but the neighborhood itself was quiet and peaceful. Hobie and Stephanie did a great job soundproofing the apartment, too. I cant recommend this place enough!

My husband Hobie and I have been in Chico since 2008. We both attended Chico State, met in the dorms, and have been enjoying life together ever since!
