Modern Midtown House Designed for Traveling Workers and Graduate Students Room 5

The Landlord, M has been awesome, kind, and responsive. He is very up on things for the house and is available to handle any issues that may arise, which there were only a couple minor ones. The bed is a day bed and is roomy and very comfortable. The air and heat work and I was always comfortable in my room. The house guests are quiet and respectful. The bathroom is a shared one, but it hasn't been an issue at all. The fridge is shared, but clean and everyone sort of just assigns themselves a shelf. There is plenty of cooking gear and towels and sheets and pillows. would suggest bringing an couple extra blankets though because Nebraska weather does get chilly and it's nice to have them. Overall, a very nice stay. There is a shared TV, but I didn't use it because it's mounted on the outer wall of my room mates' room and I think he would have been bothered by that. There is a bathtub and shower in the shared bathroom. Also, the onsite laundry was nice to have access to.

This is by far one of the better places I have stayed at. The landlords are very kind and very responsive to any concerns I had. The house is clean and in a great location.
