The property was very nice and in a great location. Safe, quiet and in a good area. The landlord was friendly, fair and accommodating to my situation. Really enjoyed my stay so far and would rent again given the opportunity.
I had several incidences where the landlord would enter the rental area without notification or my permission, and these were never emergency reasons. The space itself was fine and met my needs. But each time they entered the area without asking I felt violated. I did approach the landlord about this and they eventually agreed to ask before entering my area but with some resistance. I had other disagreements with the landlord, but this one was the biggest issue.
