Beautiful property! Very very clean and comfortable! Quiet and private; I would definitely stay here again! S ( landlord) is very friendly and helpful-this was such a great find! You will be happy here!
This rental is absolutely wonderful! it is clean, comfortable, and feels like home! Quiet, safe and secure area. Easy access to major highway, grocery stores, restaurants, and the beach! Sandy is wonderful!!!
I am a travel RN and stayed in this place for 6 months to work at the Hospital here. The unit was cozy, private and impeccably clean! This is a gated golf community up on the Mesa, so super safe and quiet neighborhood. There is a nice little patio out back with a grill and a new washer dryer. The bed was super comfortable also. Sandy was amazing and always got back to me right away regarding any needs. Only downside would be that it's a little bit out of town, but still only took me 10 minutes to get to the Hospital. Could not recommend it more!

I've lived on the Central Coast since 1975 ... we have the best weather in the country! I enjoy playing golf, shooting pool (8-ball and 9-ball), dancing, wine tasting, and visiting my awesome children (my daughter is an RN) and grandchildren.
