T and C M -B's home was our home for 5 1/2 months during 2022. The home was well equipped with all the things one expects from a furnished rental home. We found it very comfortable and convenient. We were there during the winter, and experienced the home in the roughest season. Even when temps outside got down well below zero, (-17 degrees), the home stayed warm and cozy. The booklet they prepared for us, to explain all pertinent information we might need while living in their home was excellent. The roads were well maintained by the city. They kept the snow cleared from the roads and sidewalks during snow storms. We were always able to drive to places we needed to go. We would recommend this home for rental!
About the landlord
Tom
My wife and I are both retired and spend our winter months in Florida. Our strong preference is for six month rentals. You will find the house exactly as the photos show all is in excellent condition and a short seven minute drive to the University of Vermont Medical Center.
