Spacious Light Filled Home Conveniently Located

Overall a really nice house, updated and with good security! I wouldnt give is a full 5/5 because the neighborhood itself, while nice directly around the home, wasnt on a road Id feel comfortable taking a walk through by myself. The other reason is that I stayed in the house at full capacity, and the walls are rather thin so when there are 4 people living there with different schedules certain things (laundry schedules, the single TV use, cooking nicer meals and people simply making phone calls) are pretty easy to hear and occasionally disruptive. Thats it though, overall the room I stayed in was very nice at $950/mo. I would also only rent from this property again from the lady landlord, T. Very responsive and easy to speak with!

I really don't like renting rooms. This was my first time. But I had a wonderful stay. The rooms are nice, personally lock codes on door, security cameras. Home is in a nice neighborhood 5 mins from Regional, 12mins from Mary Black. I was mainly alone when I stayed. No TV in rooms, but a nice size TV in living room. T was easy to contact and gave privacy.

The home is nicely decorated and comfortable. The neighborhood IS quiet and people are friendly. Each room has an access code along with alarms just so you are able to feel comfortable knowing you and your things are secure. The distance to SRHS is phenomenal maybe a 5 minute drive. The landlord is very hands on and receptive to your needs if there are any.

If your looking for a nice place close to the hospital I would recommend this place. The house is nicely remodeled and looks just like the pictures. The owners are nice and quick to respond with any questions/concerns.

The house it beautifully decorated and feels like a home away from home. Every room has a fan and black out curtains for night shifters like myself. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. If I ever go back to this area I would definitely stay here again.

Hi my name is Daniell and I am a travel nurse. This was my first time getting a short term rental for a contract. I was nervous since I had never done this before but David and Tina made it so easy & were so accommodating that I am glad I did. The property is beautiful & close to the hospital which for me was important. (I do not like long commutes to work.) Each room on the property has its own code to enter so it made me feel secure about my privacy. And if ever I had a question or issue David and Tina always replied promptly. Thanks David and Tina!
