Historic 1920 Charming Farmhouse. Fully equipted large studio 1000 sq ft.,12 minutes from UNMH and lovelace,dnd Presbyterian with all amenities and security

I moved in here on October 14th and the landlord bullied me into paying the first month's rent sight-unseen to be able to see it. Biggest mistake of my travel life. The place was filthy, looks like something he remodeled on his own and I have had nothing but problems since moving in. The first thing I commented on was the spring mattress on the bed; mentioned that I had compressed discs and haven't slept on a spring mattress in years. Well, in the week that I've been here, I have had to take more pain meds just to function than I have in the last 2 months combined. Contacted the owner that I will need to move asap d/t medical reasons, and I am having to get a lawyer involved to get a partial refund. Other tenants have mentioned having cameras in their rooms and that they have caught him entering their places when they are not home.

This apartment is beautiful and in a great location which is walking distance to downtown. It has lots of space, great decor, off street parking, laundry and everything you need for an awesome stay in Albuquerque. The place is a lot nicer than the other apartments I looked at in the same area and the land lord is very responsive to any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.
