Ocean View, Updated 2/1 Condo

Wonderful location.!!! The condo was clean and spacious. Big closet and kitchen had everything you would need to make a great meal. (Just bring your favorite foods.) The people at the Landmark are friendly and helpful. Megan was a fantastic host! Thank you for the great memories.

This is a great place to stay! Great community with fishing and a beach. I loved this place and didn't want to leave. M is awesome, and very easy to get in touch with!

This is the best place Ive ever stayed at. Location is perfect for job and grocery shopping. The neighbors are very friendly and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

A charming condo on a beautiful bay. The condo is updated and very clean. Neighbors are friendly and M. is a very accommodating host! We adored the Saint Andrews neighborhood! We walked or biked to the downtown area almost daily. Took long walks on the beach by the bay. This location is convenient to EVERYTHING! If youre looking for a place to call home, but also makes you feel as if youre on vacation, well you just found it!

We had such an good experience at this condo and would recommend it to anyone. Firstly, Megan did an amazing job working with us and went above and beyond for a few requests on multiple occasions. She really made us feel at home and made sure we were always in the loop for any changes on the property. The condo and the surrounding property are beautiful. There are two pools available for tenants to use as well as a private beach with chairs for your use. Everyone is so friendly in the community and it was great to sit and talk by the pool with some of the other tenants. The condo itself was everything we needed and really low maintenance. 3 beds total, so room for guests, as well as a really nice updated kitchen and living room. And you are just minutes from St. Andrews which has tons of bars and restaurants to try as well as a cool marina and park. We are so sad to be leaving, but would highly recommend this to anyone in the future. Have fun!
