D was such a kind, respectful, and friendly host. She welcomed me into her home, cooked me meals now and then, and always made sure I had everything I needed. The room was private and the kitchen contained every applience and more. The location was close to grocery stores and in a safe and quiet neighborhood. It was nice to step outside and go for a walk without having to drive somewhere. D respected my space but always had a friendly ear to listen when needed. She became a great friend.

My stay with D was wonderful. I worked night shift on my assignment. D and the other housemates were always quiet and respectful when I had to sleep during the day. The curtains provided made it pretty much pitch black in the room. Renting a room has never felt so private and pleasant! I would definitely stay here again if taking another contract in Tacoma!

The rural subdivision is tranquil, with a house situated on the end of a cul-de-sac. For travelling professionals (e.g., nursing, military), these transient living quarters are very amenable to these specialized professions with library levels of surrounding ambient noise. With panoramic windows of the fabulous backyard garden, the interior is a seasonal dcor offering an immersive escape from the daily grind. It is a hidden gem among the many residential offerings in the area. Gracious hosts will make you feel warmly welcomed. This place should be at the top of your list of potential short-stay hosts for the flexibility and goodwill offered by the owners. So stop reading and inquire now!

D is an amazing and accommodating host and always has your needs covered. There is a convenient washer/dryer, kitchen, beautiful backyard and much more all under one roof, plus an adorable cat!
