This place is great! I stayed for a few months and the accommodations and location were perfect. The owner is very attentive and really cares about making sure everything is good for you. I highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience staying at this property!!! I stayed there almost 9 months and the owner and his family made me feel very welcome. The rental has everything you could want as well as being very close to shopping and dining attractions. The neighborhood is also quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this rental to anyone working in Modesto or the surrounding area. I actually worked in Stockton and the property's location near to Highway 99 made it very convenient for commuting.

This is a perfect rental for a traveling medical professional who needs a quiet and private space to wind down after work. Its a pretty apartment with quartz countertops, new vinyl flooring, and new appliances. Well equipped kitchen for cooking. Its right on the property of a young family who go went out of their way to help me in any way they could. WiFi and TV worked great. The garden outside of the apartment is lovely too. In February the cherry tree outside my bedroom was in full bloom and in March the J greeted me every morning with the most lovely of fragrances. I really enjoyed my stay there and I highly recommend this rental!

This apartment was perfect!! Had everything I needed to have a comfortable stay. Everything was in great working condition for my entire stay. Updated kitchen and laundry was clutch. The bed is super comfortable! Heat and AC in both rooms was super nice when it was really hot out and once it got colder in the winter! Pool swing was incredibly relaxing and nice to use on a day off when it was hot out. Since it was only me, having the second bedroom with a closet for storage was super helpful! Family that rents the property is so nice-- always making sure my mail and packages were left safely near my door and checking it to see if I needed anything. Location of the apartment is also great! Neighborhood felt safe for jogging around, even in the evening. Close to multiple grocery stores which was really convenient. Work at Memorial Medical was about a 12 minute drive but straight shot/without traffic. Would highly recommend this property to other travel nurses! :)

Great place. Nice owners. Walking distance to almost everything. Shopping mall in is within 5 minutes of walk which gives something to do during day offs. Area is nice, Safe and quiet. Owner has a little dog that is always there to welcome you in their front yard. I highly recommend this place to any one that is looking for an upscale stay in a nice new modern unit close to the pool. It has everything you need for your stay.

The place is beautiful, in a nice quiet neighborhood that's really close to a lot of stores and a mall, making it super convenient. It is also close to the highway, so getting out of town to explore is easy. The best part, though, is the owner. You could not ask for a nicer person who genuinely cares to make you and your stay comfortable. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

Being a single, female, traveling nurse, safety is a top priority for me. I felt completely at ease in this neighborhood, especially with Ashish and his wife right next door. I truly could not have asked for better hosts. They were extremely accommodating, welcoming, and friendly, frequently checking in to make sure I was comfortable and all was well, which I greatly appreciated. The location was so convenient, right next to a Target plaza, the mall, and an easy 15 minute drive from MMC, where I worked. The unit was the perfect size, clean, quiet, and modern with everything I could possibly need over the course of my stay. I was always happy to come back to my temporary home at the end of my work week, because it was such a bright, peaceful little place set back behind the main house next to the pool. I would hands down recommend a stay here to anyone. You won't be disappointed!
