Very clean house and room, owner is friendly and very welcoming. House is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, minutes from UC Davis, Mercy hospital and not to mention my favorite Nugget store and target round the corner. You shall be pleased with this place, most awesome host ever.
Nicely furnished room in a upscale safe suburb. The host L was very pleasant and accommodating. The kitchen has everything you need and plenty of space to put your food in the fridge and pantry. Washer/dryer included in the home. The house is very clean and has plenty of street parking. Her dog is very calm and does not bark at all. The room was clean and quiet throughout the day. I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.
