Private, Quiet and Comfy Apartment-3 blocks to Enloe

I was new to Chico and sorting out longterm housing when I found this spot. One of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Chico with super nice neighbors. Cathy and Tony are excellent landlords who were friendly and prompt in texting. Unit is fairly secluded and very rarely is anyone in the shared yard, it is pretty quiet overall. The space itself is really so lovely, they care about the details. Clean, modern, spacious enough for one person to be happy. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, nice tv, and ample furniture. Say hi to the kitty next door if you do stay!

I stayed here for about 7 months, it was so comfortable and the owners are very accommodating. I walked to work at Enloe when there was good weather. The neighborhood is really nice and great walking. The rental has a private little patio in the back with furniture and a grill, so nice. I always had parking in front of the house. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. It's a great find and great price! I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property for nine months while working at Enloe medical center which is an easy .4 miles away. I rode my one wheel to commute and never had to worry about finding parking. The apartment had everything I needed. The bed is comfortable. Theres plenty of hot water as it is a tankless system dedicated to the apartment. Washer and dryer are just 20 steps away and are shared with the owners. It was never any trouble to have access when I needed to do laundry. When I had packages arrive the owners always notified me promptly and had them waiting on the back porch for me. They were responsive to my needs but respected my privacy as I did theirs. I would stay here again.

One of the best stays I have had with a furnished finding! The hosts are absolutely wonderful!! The space was absolutely perfect in every way!

Amazing place to stay, C** and A** are so sweet and accommodating. Excellent communication! Place was squeaky clean and had everything you could need during your stay. Highly recommend and wish every furnished finders experience could be like this!

T and C are just amazing hosts and this place was wonderful. Stayed here during my nursing assignment on Enloe just a few blocks away. This place is clean, quiet (remarkably quiet even for a night shifter!) with all the amenities and just an adorable yard. Was worried shared laundry could be annoying but its super easy to coordinate times for whenever I needed! I would definitely stay again if I come back to the area!

This studio has everything that you could need and is very clean and homey. The home is well decorated and cheery with lots of natural light coming in. The studio is in a safe and convenient location, within walking distance of downtown Chico. Tony and Cathy make excellent hosts!! They are very hospitable and friendly! This is the perfect place to stay when in Chico, I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay here again if we make it back to Chico.

This is an amazing property, the best part about it is how close it is to Enloe (literally a 2 minute drive or a roughly 6 min walk). The hosts are also really amazing, I had no problem getting in contact with them. The place itself was perfect for me, it has everything a travel nurse needs, a full kitchen, access to washer and dryer, TV, a great bathroom. If I could, I would stay here again for sure.
