Jamaica Plain-stunning first floor 1 BR in...

I had an absolutely lovely stay with Ned and Itzik. Their first floor 1BR unit is clean, cozy, perfectly outfitted, and full of historic charm. It's the perfect amount of space for 1 person or a couple, and the apartment is equipped with everything you could possibly need. It's located in a great spot in JP, in close walking distance to great food, shops, and Jamaica Pond! While it's close to all of the action, the home itself is super quiet. I especially enjoyed the peaceful fall mornings and all of the natural light. Ned and Itzik are great hosts - laid back, kind, and responsive. We have absolutely loved staying in JP and in this apartment! It was the perfect amount of space for a couple and felt so much bigger because of the high ceilings and natural light! The neighborhood is so fun and walkable and had great and easy access to multiple major hospitals. Ned and Itzyk were great and responsive landlords! We truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I loved this apartment! Everything was nice and roomy with tons of storage space. All of the furniture and furnishings were comfortable and cozy. There was a lot of natural light, which was great! The loft was a nice bonus to have whenever I had guests visit. The dedicated parking in the back was a godsend. The location is super convenient to the bus and orange line. Ned was a great landlord. Very communicative without being intrusive. I would definitely stay here again!

Cannot recommend this unit enough. The house is in the perfect location, especially if you're working in the Longwood Medical Center. There is a bus stop at the end of the street, and the orange line is a 10 minute walk. Not only is the unit a great size, it had everything I needed during my 8 month stay. Ned and Itzik (the landlords) live in the unit above this one and they are truly great people to rent from. I really appreciated how often they checked in on Sadie (my dog) and I, and how responsive they were whenever I needed anything for the unit. If I get the chance to work in Boston again, I definitely would rent here again.

We had a fantastic experience staying in this unit. Nestled in the heart of Jamaica Plain, we were close to great shops, restaurants and parks (our favorite was Jamaica Pond and the Harvard Arboretum). Public transportation is easily accessible too as the house is right by a bus stop and the orange line is only a 10 minute walk away. The size of the space was perfect for my partner and I and it contained everything we needed for our 3 month stay. The unit is on the first floor of a beautiful house with the landlords living on the 2nd floor. Ned and Itzik went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable during our stay and helped with anything and everything they could. We will miss them! Overall, the apartment was a fantastic choice to live in while we were in Boston- would full heartedly recommend staying here!

I'm so glad we landed here for our time in Boston! I stayed for a fall semester while working locally along with my partner (working full-time remotely) and dog. The unit felt like home right away. Highlights of the unit include the porch, lots of closet space, well-stocked kitchen, and spacious living room with lots of natural light. The landlords are welcoming and helpful. The location is fantastic near Jamaica Pond and several other parks and running paths, restaurants, subway, and bus. We're sad to leave - this is a great spot!

Loved our stay here while I traveled at Boston Childrens. My husband and I and our small dog stayed on the 1st floor of the home, which has large bedroom with comfy queen size bed, spacious living room, and kitchen. The home is very charming, clean, and has a nice updated kitchen and bathroom. The basement has a full size washer and dryer which is very convenient. In the front of the house is a shared patio which overlooks a small but beautiful private yard, and in the back of the 1st floor is a spacious private patio which was lovely. The back of the house also leads to the parking spaces, which are easy to get to; we had no problem parking our large SUV there. Also the landlords are very friendly and accommodating! Weve had great communication with them. The area itself is very nice as well; plenty of restaurants in walking distance, short walk to Jamaica Pond, and only a 10 minute drive to the hospital (or bus is about a 20 min commute or 40min walk!) highly recommend staying here

Fabulous location, close to Longwood Medical Area, restaurants, public transportation. Very friendly and accommodating landlords who are quick to respond. Extremely comfortable bed, separate from living room and loft area. Full kitchen with all the necessary basics and nice outdoor patio to sit and relax. The laundry machines are full sized and work great, and the parking is easy side by side not tandem so no issues ever getting in and out of your parking space. Absolutely wonderful short term, furnished rental, highly recommend.

This is the perfect rental for a couple or a single traveler. Large living & kitchen space with a bright, lovely bedroom. The entire place was very clean and spacious, with a private entrance. Theres also a great outdoor space. Location is perfect, being walking distance to both the green and orange lines as well as some bus routes. While I was there, my commute to the Longwood Medical Center was less than 15 minutes. Hosts are very friendly and responsive to any needs. Highly recommend for a safe and secure stay in Boston.

I can't say enough great things about this apartment! N has been incredibly accomidating and attentive during my stay, and the apartment is exactly as described. A very well maintained older building with a lot of charm. The unit is clean and has everything you'll need. If you'll be working in the Longwood medical area, this place will be perfect for you!
