I stayed at this property for three months, and it was a wonderful experience. The bed was very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, making it a perfect retreat after a busy day. Laura, the landlord, was fantastic. She was very nice, communicative, and always eager to help with anything I needed. The place itself was well-equipped with all the amenities I required. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Great space in a safe and accessible neighborhood, close to multiple clinics and hospitals. It was very comfortable and I think larger than pictured with ample space for storage. Stable wifi, which was great for days working from home. I enjoyed having the kitchen space, which is well equipped for cooking. It was great meeting L and her family. She is very welcoming, thoughtful, and was considerate of our needs and provided plenty of suggestions for places to explore in the area.

Laura was an excellent host. She was attentive to anything I needed, exceedingly nice, and her place was comfortable. I couldn't ask for more!

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood that it centrally located to highways with the beach and mountains, as well as Downtown Santa Cruz 15 minutes away. The unit is perfect for anyone looking for a home away from home with a full-sized refrigerator and stove, with all the utensils and dishes you need. The owner is very kind and was able to provide miscellaneous items I needed and available to answer any questions I had. The unit comes fully furnished and had no issues with functionality of any appliances. Internet included with an Amazon FireTV for streaming needs. The unit has a private side entrance with security lights at gate entrance and doorway with street parking available close to unit. I would highly recommend this unit to any traveler!
