Bright, Cozy & Near 10 Hospitals

This is a great apartment in the city. It was in a fairly safe area where I felt comfortable walking my dogs around. A park is right behind the building and a large grassy median out front that my dogs enjoyed. Large windows in the front allowed in a lot of natural light. Never had a problem with the amenities that was not quickly and easily fixed. The owner is pleasant and informed me ahead of time if she needed access to the apartment. I would definitely recommend staying here.

I stayed here as a travel nurse from Sept 2021-May 2022. The apartment is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Its street parking but I never had a problem finding a spot. Never had my car vandalized. The neighborhood is very walkable and there is plenty of green space if you have a dog. Literally there is a park right behind the townhouse. The apartment itself was very quiet and clean. D is a very good landlord and she has provided literally everything that you need. The bed was comfortable. There is a smart tv in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was recently updated and in good condition. The kitchen was also recently updated with new counters and cabinets. There is a full size fridge, keurig, and small microwave. There is also a small dishwasher, and oven with stovetop, and stackable washer and dryer. I only had one small issue with the shower but D called a plumber right away to fix it, otherwise no problems. I was so scared moving to the city because of bugs and mice but I never saw any of those in or near the apartment. D also had a bug guy come out and spray routinely to make sure bugs stayed away. This was my first time living in a city and I never felt unsafe which is important for single, young, women. Overall very pleased with this apartment and D and will certainly come back to stay if Im working in Baltimore again.

This property is in a quiet neighborhood with parks at the front and the back of the building! Free parking is always easy to find. D is a responsive landlord and makes sure you feel safe and comfortable during your stay. Without its own washer and dryer in unit, the laundry service is super helpful, returned at your door folded. The apartment was clean and well kept, the bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs. The other tenants were quiet and friendly. The apartment is on the third floor, carrying heavier grocery hauls up the stairs could be a workout, but overall I didnt mind. I really enjoyed my 6 months here and will rent from D again if I return to Baltimore.
