Beautiful Bayfront Condo on Ocean Drive near University and Hospitals

Michele has been a great landlord and is a friend after renting for many months. She is prompt and honest. The condo is nice. View of the bay, swimming pool, security gate, close to downtown and Ocean Dr parks. The furniture, kitchen with dishes, 2 baths , 2 bedrooms have made my long stay comfortable. Plus 1 car garage.

Wonderful comfortable condo on the water with all the amenities of home. Quiet and clean with the most beautiful sunsets and sunrises. Easy access to anything you might be doing and still with the feel of privacy. M was a dream to work with and always available and responsive to any needs I had. Love this place and highly recommend staying here if the opportunity is there.

Perfect 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with a fabulous view of the bay. Great pool, friendly residents and a great landlord. Attentive but not intrusive. Everything you need is here. We loved staying here while we searched for our forever home.

This condo has a nice layout, with a relaxing view to the ocean in the back and to the pool at the front with its own cute porch. Clean and nicely decorated, fully furnished. It has 2 full bathrooms with washer and dryer. There is a covered garage but can also park outside it. We felt safe at the place, code required gate and the neighbors are friendly. The owner is very accommodating, always made sure we have everything we need. She also reply right away if we have questions. This condo is conveniently located in Ocean Drive, a scenic road with with well kept grand beautiful homes, inviting beaches, ocean view parks, hospitals and university. Groceries and restaurants are less than 2 miles. Highly, highly recommend this place!
