Luxury home 5 minutes from hospital

J´s home is a great place to stay! The home is large, clean, and beautiful, and in a very nice neighborhood. I felt very safe staying there. The room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor, and the view from the window was beautiful. It faces the backyard that's surrounded by trees, and provides plenty of privacy. There's a nice trail behind the house that leads to a very pretty lake, great for walking or jogging. The kitchen is perfect to cook meals in, and has everything you need. The house is very close to the hospital and all that the town offers, while still in a quiet neighborhood. Overall my stay was great, and J is friendly, welcoming, has great communication and is understanding. I loved my stay in this home and neighborhood. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

Nice house, location, and honest host. The house has all the amenities that you will need. You do share common space with host when hes in between-assignments, however i had the house all to myself during my rental period. Theres a nice walking trail in the woods and along the river that starts behind the house (turn right after crossing bridge) and walk towards the woods. The host is very responsive to emails/texts and very fair. i got my full deposit back after my stay, since i didnt damage anything. The neighborhood is quiet, and private. Beautiful walking/biking/running trail few miles from house at Freeman Lake Trail.

Staying here was a fantastic way to kick off our travel careers! The house is in a gorgeous neighborhood that is conveniently located for anywhere you want to go in Elizabethtown. My wife worked in Elizabethtown and I worked in Leitchfield and the commute was easy because you could hop right on the highway. The house itself is spacious and J was kind enough to let us stay there even when he returned from his Doctors Without Borders assignment and was a great housemate. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone working a contract in Elizabethtown or Leitchfield.

Mr. Gruber was such an amazing and accommodating host. He offered to allow us to stay in his house several days early if need be while he was packing and was always reachable. His house was very elegant and beautiful! It worked perfectly for me and my wife! We would recommend this house and host to anyone in the area!
