Private downstairs unit with backyard

After six years of travel nursing from the east coast to the west coast this apartment was my absolute favorite. You have your own covered parking spot with a private entrance. Only a 20 minute drive to Berkeley, CA. 3 minutes away from local grocery store. Nice quite neighborhood. Location is great for exploring the state parks. Fully supplied kitchen which we cooked in everyday. New and very quiet washer and dryer. Loved the tankless water heater and the memory form bed. Warm and welcoming community. Landlords are helpful, responsive, respectful. 10/10 would recommend.

My husband and I lived in C and B adorable apartment for three months while I worked at Kaiser Oakland. I cant even begin to describe how amazing the stay was. We were welcomed by C who graciously gave us fresh eggs and fresh produce from their chickens and expansive garden around back. We loved the private outdoor space for peaceful evenings watching the sunset. Our cat enjoyed exploring the grassy area and chasing flies through the yard. The drive to Oakland was so easy with no traffic (I worked night shift). The covered private parking right next to the door was perfect to keep the car cool on sunny days. We took multiple trips outside of the area to hike and camp and felt the apartment was a great launch pad for those adventures! We always felt safe and welcome. We would 100% stay again and consider C and B great friends!
