Newly Remodeled Home near Historic District in Monroe!!

This property has everything you could possibly need especially for someone, like myself, transitioning/relocating to the area! The kitchen has all the utensils you can imagine! The bathroom has so many towels! The living room is nicely set up with a cozy couch and reclining rockers. The bedroom mattress is comfortable and lots of space! I personally felt better knowing I was in a new area and Tyler was upstairs, C, owner, was so easily accessible for any questions I had! Very kind!!! You get off street parking which I really liked. There is also a washer & dryer! I mean, everything!!!! I truly appreciated this place during my transition moving to my permanent house. Location wise - you are only 20/30 minutes to Charlotte. You are very close to a target (10 minutes) & a Walmart! There is even a Costco and Sams club near by too! Overall - great place to stay, great owners! Cant thank them enough!!!

I stayed here for 8 weeks as a travel nurse. This was a such a nice find. The area is in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood, which is important to me as a single travel nurse. The home itself is very well put together. Direct access into your home on the first floor. The home is very clean, comes with a fully loaded washer and dryer, kitchen appliances, and nice furniture overall that has been kept clean sanitary. This home is well kept up, great experience.
