NOW available Spacious 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Basement-Comfort & Style in a Prime Location

Overall I would give this place a 5/10. I stayed in the upstairs bathroom with the shared bathroom. When I moved in the other room had not been rendered out yet. Yeah it looks good on the outside but on the inside the place is in need of a serious cleaning. I have pictures of when I first moved in. I pulled back the sheets and there was what looked to be period blood stains on the sheets. The shower definitely had not been cleaned between tenants. Its as if the landlord just rented each room out without doing a walk through between stays. The shower curtain was old and moldy and the shower handle broke off during my stay. If you would like to see pictures message me personally. Im pretty picky because when Im away from home I need to be comfortable.

It was wonderful staying in T's beautiful townhouse! Everything was well kept and clean, the in unit washer/dryer was so great and convenient. There was some issues halfway through with my shower but T had it fixed ASAP and was very considerate of my hours being a night shift nurse. She's responsive, and I had no issue extending my stay with her when my contract extended at the hospital! It's also super close to the hospitals and very little traffic (I worked at BRG Bluebonnet). I highly recommend this property and T.

This property is in a great location right next to a school very safe neighborhood I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. The condominium is well maintained and has plenty of space throughout. I stayed there with two other people and it was plenty of room for all of us. The furniture is new throughout the home and appliances are very nice.

This is a very well-kept apartment and everything (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) worked as it should. The property owners were very responsive to my needs without being obtrusive and the neighbors were friendly as well. Based on my experience, I highly recommend it!
