I lived in this amazing location for 8+ months and loved it. It's nestled in a very quiet neighborhood within an incredible property. The apartment was cozy and quiet and updated and modern. Joe and Rob were always available for questions and are exceptional hosts. Their garden is amazing and I spent many a morning sitting out there with my book and coffee in the peace and quiet that is hard to find in The Springs. The best hiking and mountain biking trails in the area are 2 miles away and then there's the Ivy Wild, an old elementary school, that is now a collection of bars and restaurants within walking distance for that after ride brew and a meal. An iconic landmark in the Springs a short walk away. I bought a house which is the only reason I ended my stay.
Arbor Roost has been my favorite place to live in Colorado Springs. The space is really cozy, clean, and well decorated. J and R are great folks. Theyre super friendly, always checked in to make sure I was well accommodated in the space, and are just an absolute pleasure to be around. The space itself is pretty big and newly renovated. I came here as a travel RN, and I would recommend Arbor Roost to anyone as the #1 place to stay in Colorado Springs.
My husband and I had a very nice two month stay at Arbor Roost. It was a perfect apartment for what we needed! The place is clean, private, beautifully renovated, and surprisingly bright for a basement apartment. We were working full time at a physically demanding job, and we loved coming home to such a nice shower and comfortable space. Being able to park both of our cars in the driveway was a huge plus for us. Rob and Jo were very kind and invited us up for coffee and walked us around their gardens and creek front property. We enjoyed the fresh salad greens that started arriving during the last couple weeks of our stay. It was a peaceful retreat in a great area of Colorado Springs!

We spend a lot of time working in the gardens around our home. (You might get to enjoy some of the bounty!). My wife Jo keeps busy with art. I like to write songs. We host a monthly song circle in the back where neighbors come over and take turns playing tunes. I also volunteer working on trails with the Friends of Cheyenne Cañon.
