Main Level 2 Bedroom Apartment - Unit A

The property was clean and quiet. It is located close to everything and very spacious.

Here for an internship this past summer and feel lucky that I was able to find such a cool and unique living situ with a great manager, P. You get all the downstairs of a house among a little nest of condos. The furnished part was really helpful for me who owned none and it worked well. Can't speak much to the king size bed as I almost entirely slept in my hammock outside under the porch. My favorite part was definitely the huge backyard with some nice hangout spots and a fire and grill. I enjoyed all the space as a single resident and it was a really great place to host my friends over. Has a very small pantry space. Biggest thing to note here I think is that the upstairs is an more of a standard temporary Airbnb also run by P. So, varied neighbors above you including out on the porch facing out over your space with their own grill and chairs. There was some trouble with the glass door letting water in after rain but she worked on getting it fixed up until I left. I recommend it!

Were traveling RTs and stayed here for work. We were not aware the upstairs is used as an Airbnb til we signed the lease. We had to deal with multiple loud weekend parties. When we first arrived we starting having bites everywhere and we assumed it was mosquitoes or gnats. Turns out it was bed bugs we found one crawling on the bed. The owner tried to convince us we brought in the bed bugs and had a clause conveniently for exterminators in her lease which we didnt read properly. So she took half our deposit. I filmed the bugs and contacted an expert that stated the colony was a couple months old so it couldnt have been us. We just wanted to get out of there and not fight the owner. We also had part of our deposit taken out for plumbing issues that were caused by the tree in the backyard but conveniently that was written into the lease as well. We feel scammed out of our money, we have PTSD that bugs are crawling on us while we sleep. This was the worst experience of our lives.

P is the greatest person to have as a landlord. She goes above and beyond every time! My son and I stayed here while I worked a local contract. We were the first to rent out this space. It had everything we needed and more. The outside space is beautiful. You can watch the deer chase each other in the back yard in the morning. Drinking coffee on that patio is the best! The neighbors are so kind. You will not regret staying here!
