B the owner is fabulous!!! He is so kind and caring, and really looks after his tenants. The house is in a very safe yet happening area of Memphis. I worked at Methodist University Hospital in the CathLab. So I had to come and go at all hours of the day and night and never once did I feel unsafe as a single female. The Midtown area is so much fun and you can walk around to all the stores and pubs easily. The house is older but has so much charm. The bedroom stays nice and dark during the day for daytime sleepers. It's fairly quiet. You do get a lot of air traffic noise Thrs-Sat., but it's not bad and you get use to it. There is a large backyard to enjoy, with a backdoor and porch right off the bedroom. The house was absolutely perfect and I had grown very attached to it and the neighborhood. It was such a great place for me to stay.
