This was the perfect little place for a long term, solo renter. It was in the prettiest area and super accessible to get anywhere. Youre literally 7 minutes from town and all highway access, but still in a nice quiet area away from the main town. The property owners are so friendly and accommodating and quick to respond. Definitely one of the top places to stay in Montrose!
This property was perfect for me while I closed on my house in Montrose. The apartment had everything I needed, was immaculate, and was in a peaceful cul-de-sac. I highly recommend the property to anyone who needs a furnished apartment and enjoys a quiet location. Thank you to the owners for making my transition to Montrose pleasant.

I enjoy the Colorado outdoors, hiking, paddle boarding, camping, and beach volleyball. We recently built this house and are loving both the house and the location.
