This Eagle Rock duplex is an ideal short-to-long term rental. The house is clean, comfortable and very well outfitted with every conceivable amenity. The neighborhood is serene, picturesque and very quiet yet offers fantastic freeway access and proximity to all the fun East Side activities. Above all, Marylou is a wonderful host. She's attentive, thoughtful, and exceedingly friendly. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend the house to anyone in need of East Side lodging. Thank you M!

Perfect place for one person, very quiet and safe neighborhood with a parking spot! Eagle rock has plenty to offer! Only complaint was no coffee maker (I purchased and left one behind) and the fuses blew frequently if you have more than one thing plugged in and running at the same time. M was an awesome landlord and had the sweetest dog! I would definitely stay here again!

This place is amazing, my fianc and I both stayed here for six months. The bathroom is big and inviting. Its in a very safe neighborhood high up on a hill. M the landlord was super easy to talk to, and was always a text away. We loved it so much and might extend again. We were at Huntington hospital and it was perfect distance. Only took us 10 minutes to get to work. I would highly recommend this place!!

I stayed here while doing a travel position at Glendale Adventist Medical Center. It was perfect because I was literally 7 minutes away from work, centrally located b/w 2 targets. The highway was 2 to 3 minutes away. Eagle Rock is right in between Glendale and Pasadena which means fast access to great shopping and restaurants. The apartment sits on top of a hill overlooking the city in a Super safe neighborhood (great for exercising). The apartment is perfectly made for one person. The bathroom is huge (I miss the tub), kitchen and living area great for cooking and entertaining, bedroom was a good resting space and SO MUCH STORAGE!!!!. My favorite 2 things about this apartment is the dedicated parking space as well as washer and dryer. M and her dog are super sweet and quiet. I'd definitely come back for sure.
