Cozy top floor of Duplex in Downtown San Antonio

Living at this duplex was an awesome experience! It's in a very safe part of town, just a couple blocks from the riverwalk, and really close to the library, downtown, and all the events! Sunsets are perfect on the upper patio, and the kitchen has everything you need to make good food, including plenty of counter space, a dishwasher, a blender, a toaster, etc. The owner, Korling, is an absolute gem of a person, and we really enjoyed meeting him and later his wife. He's everything you want in a landlord: quick to respond to issues, but not overbearing at all. We left the apartment pretty clean and he returned our full deposit in just a few days. I will warn that this area is limited in grocery store options that are walkable (the closest is 30 min walk), but luckily Walmart/HEB deliver here :) Overall, I really recommend this property and its owner! 10/10

The property owner has done a wonderful job with this place and checked on us regularly to make sure our stay was going well. We never had any issues and throughly enjoyed our stay. The location is walking distance from the Riverwalk and is easy access to the interstate. All the appliances and furniture are nice and updated. I would highly recommend this place to any travel professionals coming to the San Antonio area.

Highly recommend staying here! Very nice place, very clean. Its a great location and the owners were very nice and always available if needed, constantly checking up on us during the crucial snowstorm.
