Flamingo Inn on the river

Where do I start. This house was poorly maintained and old. The floors and furniture were all scratched and dented. The rooms are cluttered with furniture so you can not move around. The other tenants would leave their dishes all over the kitchen and excrement in the toilets. One of the other tenants had a dog over that pooped in the side of the house and the landlord tried to blame me. The other renters expect you to be completely silent, they would complain that I was slamming the door when u was simply opening and closing the door to use the restroom. The doors are old and heavy and make noise. The worst part is the landlord stole my $300 deposit for the dog. Said it was fully refundable if there was no damage. I took before and after pics of everything to prove I did nothing to the room. When I reached out to get refunded she has completely ghosted. I will be taking her to small claims court to get my $300 back. The place is dirty and old. Spend your money somewhere else

Owner is a nice a gentle lady. Property is very beautiful and has a lil sweet southern charm to it. I enjoyed my stay while there. Would highly recommend this property if in the area.
