Studios on Central Ave, near Bus station

I was here for about two months. Small but had a private bathroom and kitchen that came with the refrigerator and stove. No roaches, no rats. It also had very good heat. The location was great.It is about 12 minutes from the airport, 12 minutes from the mall, five minutes from Taco Bell, Burger King, and McDonalds. One Minute from grocery store and Dunkin Donuts. Five minutes from the post office and about five minutes from Family Dollar. Five minutes from the laundromat, a high-tech laundromat at that where I used my debit card to wash clothes. Five minutes from shopping plaza that has decent clothing stores and dollar store and restaurants. Oh yeah and then there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. The owner was very friendly and she had a fast and wonderful way of communicating with everyone. Our building was very quiet no people hanging around smoking drinking or nothing like that it was very quiet a building. I will be renting his place again if I return. -H.

The location is convenient. The main benefit of this unit is that it is private and affordable. I was in a front unit and there is a lot of street noise.The very basics are provided and you may need to supplement what is there, i.e. no pots/pans, toaster oven, cooking utensils, kitchen garbage bin. The front windows are large and do not block the street lights at night or sunlight significantly, again you can supplement if needed. My main issue is that I provided the length of time I planned on staying and when I planned on moving out prior to moving in; I discussed this with the landlord. When it came time for me to move out I was told that I was not receiving my deposit because I did not confirm my move out date. This was not explicitly requested at any point, however as I mentioned, I informed the landlord the length of my contract and when I planned on moving out from the inception. Now I am in the predicament of needing that money for another place and not having it available.

I absolutely love the studio and the owner is beyond helpful and kind. Everyone in the house is also all professionals. The studio is quaint, cute and very clean. Everything you need food, convenient stores etc is all within walking distance. BusTransportation also available across the street and in front of house. Hospital is within 1.2 miles or about 12 minutes from the place so its super close and convenient for nurse travelers! I highly recommend it : ) This is also my second extension so you wont be disappointed.
