Nice couple but the place isn't very nice. Poorly maintained. We cleaned it when we moved in because of the state it was in. Carpet filthy, shower dirty. Looks like it was furnished at garage sales. Wifi very unreliable. Futon couch and bed were so uncomfortable that we replaced them at our own expense
I have thoroughly enjoyed staying at A and C's apartment for the past 6 months. They have been attentive to any of my needs and I would definitely stay here again. The apartment is perfect for 1 or 2 people. I would highly recommend it for traveling nurses as it is only 17 miles from Maine General. The full kitchen has been wonderful for preparing meals, the bed is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is very safe. There's a small grocery store and Walgreens in walking distance and 3 large grocery stores less than 10 minutes away. A great little place to stay!

My fianc, Colin, and I bought this property in 2020 and have had a blast doing all of the home improvements. I work for the local YMCA/Boys and Girls Club as the Youth Programs Director. Colin works for a local contracting company. We live in the house on the property, love to garden, play with our dog, and BBQ.
