Charming and Cozy Basement Apartment

Myself and my dog are very grateful to have found this place. It was perfect for our first travel assignment. A is a gracious host who is very friendly and accommodating without being overbearing. The space is very cozy in a very friendly neighborhood. It's also walking distance to downtown and there is a lot of parks and outdoor things close by!

Finding this furnished rental was an absolute godsend for my cat and me. The unit comes with everything you could possibly need down to the air purifier; is completely turnkey. The location is excellent, as the house is set on a quiet, tree lined street in a beautiful, historic part of Chico walking distance from downtown. The unit stays nice and cool and the bedroom can become very dark with blackout shades for those working night shift. The real seller is the host, A, who was so accommodating, available, kind, and became family to me during my stay and beyond. The neighbors are kind and friendly as well! Couldnt be happier with having found this place during my first travel nurse assignment.
