Not worth the price

Overpriced. Unit 5 is a dark and humid basement with no natural light, and the walls are so thin that its hard to sleep when neighbors make any noise. On the positive side, the owners are responsive and helpful.

Great place! Awesome location!

I stayed here with my Fianc and our dog while on a travel therapy contract! I ended up extending my contract and the landlords were flexible and great to work with. The area has many restaurants and coffee shops to explore. It was a great area to walk around with our dog. Highly recommend!

Great place!

Would recommend this place to any solo travel RN! The amenities and furnishings are as listed. Definitely enjoyed the up to date kitchen and well maintained bathroom (the shower was a great place to wind down after a busy shift.) The large television in the bedroom was also a plus! Night shift? Outside light was easily covered by the provided curtains. The location in Noe Valley is walkable to restaurants, laundromats, and its downtown area. Public transit is basically out your front door. A car won't be needed if you do not need to leave the city. Parking for your car may have you circling the block a few times - make sure to read the parking signs! A parking pass won't be needed. The owners are lovely people and are an easy text or phone call away. They are very accommodating and care for you to have a comfortable stay.

Amazing Property

What an amazing rental. It was exactly as advertised. The place felt like a completely new apartment with all new appliances. I loved the safe neighborhood. I was staying at a cheaper rental at a sketchier neighborhood before this rental. Its so worth the extra money to come home to a quiet place without any homeless camps outside my building. Its super close to some great restaurants. The only problem with this place is I gained a couple pounds eating at all these restaurants. I will be back!
