The property owner Dennis was very quick to respond, friendly and informative. He always responded to me quickly and did his best to resolve any issues I had, I look forward to another stay

The only good thing about this place is the how close it is to the disk golf course. I wish that I could load pictures so you can see just how bad this place is. - pool was cleaned 3 times in our 3 month stay - pool is green (full of algae) and is a breeding ground for mosquitoes and other insects - unit does not have a dishwasher as the pictures show - washer and dryer are old and faulty, they did not work when we got here and broke down twice while we where here - unit is a fire risk (wiring is faulty and there are exposed wires at outlets - unit is falling apart - property manager takes days to respond to any issue - owner does not communicate at all - there is no access to the AC controls, the basement gets cold - yards are not taken care of - there is very limited cleaning supplies so bring your own - Internet is intermittent at best - kitchen sink backs up all the time - an issue in any unit affects all units - woke up one with roaches on my face
