Leafy and Tranquil 2-bedroom apartment close to parks and public transit

Great place to stay! The apt is surprisingly spacious, super clean, generous size bathroom, well stocked kitchen, sunny/cozy living room & an outdoor patio space. It was better than the pics showed. You an easy walk to the orange line which takes you downtown in 20 minutes! Its located near a nice park, Centre street which offers ample shops /restaurants and a public pickleball park (South street) that has morning & evening play! We would definitely stay here again.

My roommate and I stayed in C´s apartment for four months while we were working in Boston. I highly recommend this property. The apartment is extremely clean and well-appointed, exactly as pictured but cuter in person. Both beds are great quality, as are the provided linens (we appreciated the options of pillows for different sleep styles!). The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is excellent. The kitchen has a new fridge, a gas stove and a dishwasher, plus a lot of cooking equipment. We LOVED Jamaica Plain, there are so many cute cafs and restaurants in walking distance. We appreciated the convenience to public transit plus all the choices for walking and biking in the area. The neighborhood is friendly and it feels safe to walk around at any time. Finally I will say that C was the best landlord I have ever had. She was quick to respond anytime we had questions, took good care of us, and is just a good human. Thanks for making us a great home in Boston!

I and another travel nurse recently stayed at another property listed by this tenant and all expectations were met. She accurately listed the property, gave thorough details (i.e. trash, parking, heating information), and was attentive to all of our needs. We would highly recommend and rent from her again.
