The perfect place to get some much needed rest from work. Close to OVHD 7 MINUTE walk. The place is quiet, clean and has EVERYTHING a traveler could want. The absolute nicest place I ever stayed in as a traveling technologist. The owners are some of the nicest, kindest most helpful people a tenant could dream of.

My stay at the property was excellentthe place was Clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The commute to Modesto was an easy ride too. Travelers will love the neighborhood and all it has to offer. This was a great choice all around.

Libby and David were such great hosts! This short-term stay was in a great neighborhood, quiet and peaceful. Everything I needed was included in the space, including washer & dryer, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Was very welcoming and felt right at home. There was a designated parking space as well. Maintained clear and responsive communication throughout stay. Very respectful of privacy and space. Would definitely recommend for anyone!

Beautiful home, simply amazing! It's peaceful and private, in a great neighborhood and not to mention very welcoming neighbors. Unit is equipped with everything you need, including washer/dryer. L and D are great host friendly, flexible and great with modifications due to our schedule. They were very welcoming when i mentioned i travel with my sposue. Would definitely recommend!!

This property was perfect for short term stays. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you need including washer/dryer. Private entrance in back. Family was respectful of my privacy, easy to deal with, fair and understanding, great communication. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to.

Libby and David are absolutely phenomenal! They were so flexible with our schedule and even modified our contract dates when our contracts were cancelled. They are so friendly and personable and really made us feel welcome and always welcomed us to join them in activities. We were so fortunate to not only rent from them but also become friends with them(: the unit is well maintained, clean, and very home-like. Libby and David are easy to reach and always willing to answer questions! They even left a list of their favorite restaurants and places to go (: we hope to visit them again! I highly recommend renting from them!!!!

Cant say enough good things about this property and the family that owns it! David and Libby made sure this house has everything you need. A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, linens and extra pillows, and ample storage space for all of your things. The only issue I had was with WiFi, and when I told them it wasnt working great, they had the problem solved the next day. Privacy is important to me and I never felt like I was lacking it. I would definitely stay here again!
