I stayed in the Lil Gem apt. Truly the best landlord you'll ever have! The space has all the amenities you need, and it is maintained and cleaned extremely well. Very safe area, lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants. The location is accessible to any area of the city you need to go. Do not miss this true gem of a place with such a reliable landlord! Such a great experience here!

Our stay here in N'awlins was amazing. A cozy and comfortable space for both my fianc and I. The neighborhood was quiet, we were located close to fantastic restaurants and very close to a nearby on ramp that we could use to travel to different parts of the city. Kevin aka Kosmo and his lovely wife Marylynne were the most ideal and helpful landlords there is to offer. They were quite helpful with navigating the city, with recommendations on what to do and see in the city, and overall were attentive to their tenants. I would recommend this place to a solo traveler or a couple looking for a clean, safe, and comfortable place to live here in N'awlins. It was without a doubt a joy to have stayed here. Thank you for everything K and M you both are exceptional!

This stay was everything I could really want out of my housing in New Orleans. I stayed in the downstairs unit, it is cozy and perfect for a solo traveler like myself. I cook very often and I was able to make plenty of meals using the air fryer in different modes. K is an incredibly attentive and caring landlord, any issue I had during my stay he was quick to respond to (the only issue I had was one of the lights going out in the bathroom and he fixed it the same day while I was at work). I also got some wonderful recommendations for things to do in the area. I would recommend this stay many times over!

I can't say enough great things about this unit, it's location, and K & M(Owners). I always felt safe with it being located in an upscale residential neighborhood in one of the best areas of the city. The unit is immaculate, modern, clean, and has great extras such as the well appointed kitchen. Everything you need is very close, with multiple grocery stores, coffee shops, incredible food, gyms, and an amazing park for biking/running. The owners take pride in maintaining the property and are always happy to answer any questions or give great recommendations for dining, etc. If I get another opportunity to travel to NOLA, I hope I can stay at this rental again.

Owner of this property treated me like family with extraordinary customer service. This is a safe, quiet neighborhood. The home has many security features so I felt secure staying here. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

This property is the ideal home away from home in Lakeview, New Orleans. It's a cute upstairs apartment atop the owners workshop. This place was extremely quiet (sometimes could hear the highway noise slightly, but was never a bother), included every item I would have needed for a long term stay, and the owner is the most caring, respectful, and helpful landlord. This place is close to City Park (there's a Cafe Du Monde there!) and tons of fooderies nearby. I cannot recommend this place enough for a quiet, comfortable, functional, and safe place to stay.

Love the neighborhood very safe ! kids playing and riding bikes down the street was a daily occurrence. The apartment has all new furnishings and the apartment has been completely redone its like staying in a model Home. Kevin was always extremely helpful with any questions I might have about the area or restaurants. Also nice commute to hospitals in the area. If I end up traveling back to New Orleans for work I will definitely stay there again.

I was booked to stay here for my fall clinical rotation for OT school- my plans were unfortunately interrupted by hurricane ida so I got transferred to another location. I was so devastated because K was such a pleasure to work with! I am unfamiliar with he area but K was an exceptional host, helping to educate me on the area, and making sure I had everything I needed to function during my rotation. K is also very proud of his hometown and is a wonderful ambassador for New Orleans! So disappointed I wasnt able to stay here, I know I missed out on an amazing experience!

This is a wonderful place to stay! Many many positive notes for my stay! First the owner K is very pleasant to meet, work with, and talk to. He will go out of his way to make sure you have a great stay with all the necessities, very wonderful hospitality! Second, the apartment is extremely clean and well furnished! This place makes you feel right at home! No issues with anything inside the house! Lastly, the home is very secure although the neighborhood is very welcoming and safe. I have absolutely no complaints about the property, owner, or my stay! I will definitely recommend this place and even hope to stay here again on future travels!
